Job summary

Bold is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive global forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning within our Operations group. You will partner with senior management to deliver accurate budgets, evaluate growth initiatives, and track core performance metrics in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll build complex financial models, present insights to executives, and identify opportunities to automate processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in finance.
• Extensive experience building complex financial models and scenario analysis.
• Ability to present analyses to senior executives and partner across departments.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Experience navigating matrix environments and meeting tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, NetSuite, and Google Workspace.
• Available to collaborate during PST business hours.

Responsibilities

• Build annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets and forecasting models.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to highlight drivers and variances.
• Perform cost analyses and investigate deviations from forecasts.
• Develop financial models and metrics to measure performance.
• Analyze deviations and provide insights to leaders.
• Create presentations for senior management reviews.
• Develop materials for discussions and decision making.
• Identify opportunities to automate modeling and processes.
