Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an experienced FP&A leader for the Global Operations & Supply Chain finance team. You will lead the center of excellence global consolidation, own the annual standard cost roll, and manage budgets and forecasts to support executive decisions.

You will drive continuous process improvement, design new tools, and supervise a two-person team while ensuring GAAP and SEC compliance and timely, accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Standard cost experience in a manufacturing environment highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual standard cost roll process.
• Oversee all consolidated month end reporting for the Global Operations & Supply Chain business unit.
• Ensure accuracy in GOSC results during month end close and collaborate with teams to resolve issues.
• Lead continuous improvement of financial packages and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance and accuracy in financial results per GAAP and SEC requirements.
• Supervise a team of two.
• Manage multiple deliverables and deadlines concurrently.
• Handle ad hoc requests and initiatives from leadership.
