Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a senior FP&A leader to join the Global Operations & Supply Chain finance team. You will lead the annual standard cost roll, oversee consolidated month end reporting, and manage budget/forecast timelines while delivering strategic insights to executives.

You will also drive continuous process improvements, ensure GAAP compliance, and supervise a small team, partnering across business units to enable accurate, timely financial results.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in finance, preferably in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Standard cost experience in a manufacturing environment, highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual standard cost roll process.
• Oversee all consolidated month end reporting for Global Operations & Supply Chain.
• Ensure accuracy in GOSC results during month end close and resolve issues.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial packages and deliverables.
• Maintain GAAP compliance and SEC reporting requirements.
• Supervise a team of two.
• Manage multiple deliverables and deadlines concurrently.
• Support leadership with ad hoc requests and initiatives.
