Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior FP&A professional to join the Global Operations & Supply Chain finance team in the US. You will lead the center of excellence for global consolidations, manage the annual standard cost roll, and drive reporting, budgeting, and forecasting efforts with executive leadership.

You will also lead continuous process improvements, ensure accuracy in financial results, and supervise a small team while partnering with cross‑functional business partners to enable

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field, preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Standard cost experience in a manufacturing environment, highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual standard cost roll process.
• Responsible for all consolidated month end reporting related to the overall Global Operations & Supply Chain business unit.
• Responsible for ensuring accuracy in GOSC results during month end close, working with the various teams to investigate and resolve issues.
• Lead efforts for continuous improvement of all financial packages and deliverables.
• Responsible for compliance and accuracy in financial results, ensuring adherence to all GAAP and SEC requirements.
• Supervise a team of two.
• Manage multiple deliverables and deadlines concurrently.
• Work on ad hoc requests and initiatives as required by leadership.
