Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an experienced FP&A leader to head the Global Consolidations team within Global Operations & Supply Chain finance. You will drive the annual standard cost roll, oversee consolidated month-end reporting, and ensure accuracy of results while leading process improvements and a small team.

This role reports to the Finance Director of GOSC Global Consolidations. You will collaborate with business partners, support the executive leadership with insights, and manage multiple

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or related field.
• Standard cost experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
• Experience with GAAP and SEC requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the center of excellence global consolidation team and the annual standard cost roll process.
• Manage all budget and forecast timelines and processes; provide insights to executive leadership.
• Oversee monthly close, consolidate reporting, and ensure accuracy of GOSC results.
• Drive continuous process improvement and standardization of tools and processes.
• Supervise a team of two and handle multiple deliverables with deadlines.
