Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Standard cost experience in a manufacturing environment, highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual standard cost roll process.
• Oversee all consolidated month-end reporting for Global Operations & Supply Chain (GOSC).
• Ensure accuracy in GOSC results during month-end close and resolve issues with teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial packages and deliverables.
• Ensure GAAP and SEC compliance in financial results.
• Supervise a team of two and manage multiple deliverables and deadlines.
• Handle ad hoc requests and initiatives from leadership.
