Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a senior Financial Planning & Analysis leader within the Global Operations & Supply Chain finance team to run the annual standard cost roll, consolidate reporting, and manage budget and forecast timelines. This role will drive continuous process improvements and develop tools to better support business partners.

You will supervise a two-person team, partner with cross-functional units, and provide insights to executive leadership as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a finance or FP&A role, with preference for manufacturing or cost accounting.
• Standard cost experience in a manufacturing environment, highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual standard cost roll process.
• Oversee all consolidated month end reporting for the Global Operations & Supply Chain unit.
• Ensure accuracy in GOSC results during month end close and resolve issues.
• Lead continuous improvement of financial packages and deliverables.
• Ensure GAAP and SEC compliance in financial results.
• Supervise a team of two and manage multiple deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
