Job summary

Calabrio, Inc. in Minneapolis seeks a Senior Manager, FP&A to serve as the primary finance partner for the Fraud & Security Solutions unit, delivering global financial reporting and analysis to guide strategic decisions.

You will own weekly bookings forecasts, annual budgets, and monthly results, collaborating with BU leaders, global accounting, HR, and operations to ensure accurate forecasting and sound financial processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting, with 4+ years in FP&A.
• Strong understanding of P&L reporting and variance analysis.
• 4-year college degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills, oral and written.
• Ability to adapt to rapid change and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit weekly bookings forecasts with deals throughout the quarter.
• Prepare annual budget and monthly forecasts for global FP&A.
• Analyze monthly results vs budgets and update forecasts; present findings.
• Collaborate with BU leadership to align financial processes with roadmap.
• Manage headcount forecast and hiring plans with HR and leaders.
• Calculate monthly commissions and support quota analyses for FSS employees.
• Complete ad hoc analyses as required.
