QTS Data Centers seeks a Senior FP&A Analyst – Budget to partner with leadership on financial objectives and forecasts. You will deliver accurate budgets, variance analyses, and insights to guide strategic decisions across G&A functions.

You’ll support position management, cost centers, and budgeting system administration while enabling cross-functional collaboration and improved forecast accuracy through BI dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience.
• Four+ years in financial planning/analysis or budgeting.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business owners to develop, review, and report General & Administrative budgets.
• Support position management and cost center hierarchy management.
• Deliver detailed variance analysis for leadership to drive decisions.
• Identify risks and opportunities in forecasts for assigned areas.
• Administer budgeting system (Adaptive Planning) and act as SME.
• Mine data and reconcile in budgeting system.
• Develop Tableau dashboards to support financial decisions.
• Suggest process changes to improve forecast accuracy.
• Cross-train with other functions for redundancy.
• Present key metrics to drive accountability.
