Job summary

DocuSign seeks a Lead Product Manager for Finance data and AI products to enhance forecasting, planning, revenue analytics, and controllership. You will set the vision and drive the roadmap for AI-enabled capabilities that improve accuracy, speed, and confidence in Finance decisions.

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Product Management. You will partner with Corporate Finance, Business Operations, and Product teams across forecasting, close, and performance

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Finance and Product Management leadership, scaling SaaS operations and enterprise data products to drive business transformation and cross-functional change management
• Experience developing concepts and theories by connecting data across business domains
• Experience delivering ML/AI-powered features from concept through adoption

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end vision, strategy, and roadmap for Finance data and AI products that power forecasting, quarter-close, opex management, and GTM performance management for DocuSign
• Define and evolve metrics and governance (ACV, ARR, Bookings, Revenue, pipeline, retention, unit economics, core SaaS KPIs) for AI readiness
• Partner with Finance, Business Operations, and Product to identify high-impact AI use cases and translate into measurable success criteria
• Work with Data Engineering, Analytics, ML, and Platform teams to design governed data/feature pipelines with quality, observability, and privacy-by-design
• Define, prioritize, and deliver AI capabilities such as forecasting models, churn predictions, anomaly detection, scenario simulations, and NL assistants
• Drive adoption by shaping intuitive user experiences and iterating on qualitative and quantitative signals
