Job summary

UKG is seeking a corporate FP&A Manager to lead enterprise level financial planning and analysis, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, data‑driven insights that drive value creation.

Reporting to the Director of Corporate FP&A, you will build scalable reporting, mentor analysts, improve planning tools, and present clear stories to executive leadership in a fast paced software environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting related discipline required.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis; managerial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise level financial planning and analysis.
• Provide quality management information and scalable reporting.
• Develop analytics and reporting to understand financial performance and communicate results to Executive Leadership.
• Collaborate across functional areas and support headcount and expense planning.
• Mentor and develop a team of analysts.
