Job summary

UKG is seeking a Corporate FP&A Manager to lead enterprise-level financial planning and analysis, reporting to the Director of Corporate FP&A. The role focuses on performance improvement and scalable reporting, collaborating across functions in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will build analytical tools, mentor analysts, and develop models to inform executives. ERP/D365 and TM1 familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis; managerial experience is a plus.
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills; ERP and TM1 experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise-level financial planning and analysis initiatives.
• Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards for executives.
