Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance, Data Analytics, or related role.
• Experience supporting business functions, corporate operations, or G&A in a high-growth tech/SaaS/global org.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to understand financial drivers and headcount, vendor spend, and priorities.
• Support annual planning, quarterly forecasting, monthly reporting, and budgeting for G&A.
• Analyze results against forecasts and budgets; identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actions.
• Build and maintain financial models for expense planning and scenario planning.
• Prepare financial insights, dashboards, and executive-ready summaries with business implications.
• Improve reporting efficiency via automation, AI tools, and data visualization (Power BI).
• Collaborate across FP&A, Accounting, IT, People, Legal, Real Estate, Communications, and broader business.
