Job summary

SNS Financial is partnering with aPlano-based publicly traded company to recruit a Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager for its high-visibility corporate FP&A function. You will own end-to-end corporate finance processes, consolidating results across divisions and telling the executive story behind the numbers.

You will interact with senior leadership, build robust forecasts, annual budgets, and management decks, and drive improvements in planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Company-wide or multi-division financial consolidation experience is important.
• Hands-on budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and executive reporting.
• Ability to turn complex financial data into a clear story for executives.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate financial results, forecasts and budgets across divisions.
• Manage annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and monthly outlooks.
• Prepare executive‑level reporting, presentations and decks.
• Build integrated three‑statement financial models and scenario analyses.
• Analyze actual results vs forecast, identify drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Lead long‑range planning, strategic initiatives and business cases.
• Develop KPIs and driver-based forecasting models.
• Collaborate with leadership to explain performance and drive accountability.
• Continuously improve FP&A processes and reporting capabilities.
