You will interact with senior leadership, build robust forecasts, annual budgets, and management decks, and drive improvements in planning and reporting.
I’m partnering with a publicly traded, growth-oriented company in Plano to recruit a Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager for a highly visible role within its corporate FP&A organization.
This is not a role where you’ll simply maintain a forecast and produce monthly reports.
They’re looking for someone who wants to own the end-to-end corporate finance process, consolidate results across multiple business divisions, build the executive story behind the numbers, and work directly with senior and C‑level leadership as the company continues to grow through acquisition.
The ideal candidate will have approximately 5–8+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience and be comfortable operating at the enterprise level. Company‑wide or multi‑division financial consolidation experience is especially important, along with hands‑on budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and executive reporting. You should also be someone who can take complex financial information and turn it into clear story for executives and operating leaders. Strong presentation skills and executive presence are critical. This is a fast‑moving growth environment, so they’re looking for someone who is driven, polished, comfortable with deadlines, and willing to put in additional time during particularly busy periods.
They are also very open to the high‑potential candidate who may be earlier in their career but is ready to step into their first true Finance Manager opportunity. If you’ve had meaningful exposure to corporate consolidations, executive deck reporting, budgeting and forecasting and are ready for more ownership, I’d like to hear from you.
