3C Industries, Inc. is seeking an FP&A Manager to own budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and scenario analysis across the organization.

You will translate project data, backlog, margins, and cost assumptions into an integrated financial outlook for the CFO, CEO, and executives. The role is based in Urbana, OH with a two-day-per-week hybrid schedule, collaborating with Project Accounting, Operations, and department leaders to improve forecast accuracy and provide timely analysis for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5–10 years in FP&A or related finance roles, construction experience preferred.
• Experience with budgeting, rolling forecasts, and scenario analysis.
• Strong financial modeling linking operating data to statements.
• Advanced Excel; ERP/BI tools preferred.
• CPA/MBA or credentials are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own annual budgeting across operating and corporate functions.
• Maintain rolling forecasts for revenue, gross profit, and expenses.
• Build short- and long-term cash flow forecasting models.
• Lead scenario and sensitivity analyses.
• Consolidate project-level forecasts into the company forecast.
• Deliver executive and management reporting.
• Analyze performance versus budget and forecast.
• Support multi-year planning and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze backlog, pipeline, and revenue conversion.
• Partner on job and margin analytics.
• Develop KPI and BI reporting dashboards.
• Improve forecasting systems and processes; leverage CMiC and Excel.
• Serve as a Finance Business Partner to departments.
• Support ad hoc decision analysis.
