Job summary

Toll Brothers, a Fortune 500 luxury homebuilder, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A for its Fort Washington, PA corporate office. You will develop and automate reports, analyze data, and support regional and corporate budgeting and forecasting processes to improve profitability.

You will build financial models and dashboards, present insights to senior leadership, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity across planning applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong knowledge of Excel.
• Proficient in EPM tools such as Board, OneStream, Anaplan, Oracle Planning or Oracle EnterpriseOne.

Responsibilities

• Develop and automate reports to predict profitability.
• Analyze data and provide insights for senior leadership.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes for regional and corporate teams.
• Present variance analysis, forecasting, and financial insights to leadership.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure data integrity across planning apps.
