Job summary

Concrete Strategies LLC is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the FP&A function, owning budgeting, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis across regions and departments. You will partner with the VP of Finance to develop reporting frameworks and provide financial intelligence to executives.

You will mentor Financial Analysts, ensure data accuracy, and translate operational performance into clear financial narratives for decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or construction management.
• Progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience in construction or project-based industries.
• Ability to own budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Experience mentoring junior finance staff.
• Proficiency with Procore, BI tools, SQL, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Own area, regional, and department FP&A planning and analysis.
• Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis for multiple regions.
• Develop and maintain financial reporting frameworks and tools.
• Coordinate with VP of Finance to ensure accurate, timely data for executives.
• Mentor Financial Analysts and ensure data integrity across outputs.
• Translate operational performance into actionable financial insights.
