• Prepare executive reporting packages and management presentations with variance analyses.
• Analyze performance against budget and forecast, identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with finance teams and leaders to support decision making.
• Supervise FP&A team, provide coaching and development.
• Lead process improvements and tool adoption for FP&A efficiency.
