Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years in FP&A, finance, or related experience.
- Experience forecasting, planning, profitability analysis, and reporting.
- Experience supporting commercial, sales, or business leadership teams.
- Willingness to travel periodically.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary finance business partner to commercial leadership.
- Lead 1-2 finance professionals in forecasting, reporting, analytics.
- Develop capabilities through talent development and performance management.
- Consolidate revenue forecasts and operating plans.
- Provide insights on revenue trends, profitability, and KPIs.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, ops to improve profitability.
- Support market expansion opportunities and strategic initiatives.
