Abbott is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support Enterprise Accounts, onsite in Austin, TX or St. Paul, MN. You will drive monthly close, forecasting, and compensation analytics, partnering with sales and finance to translate performance into actionable insights.

You’ll own planning processes, build scalable tools, and deliver executive-ready analyses while maintaining strict controls and timelines in a fast-paced healthcare finance environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of Financial Planning and Analysis or related finance experience.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate financial insights.

Responsibilities

• Own Enterprise Accounts monthly close activities, including journal entries, variance analysis and performance reporting.
• Own Enterprise Accounts forecasting, Latest Best Estimate (LBE), Annual Plan and recurring planning deliverables.
• Serve as a trusted finance partner to Enterprise Accounts leadership and Medical Devices finance teams.
• Own key elements of commercial variable compensation planning and performance measurement.
• Provide financial leadership and project tracking for CPQ RCE and RMS-related planning.
