Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 4+ years of FP&A, cost/general accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Ability to plan, implement and administer financial information and control systems.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist in month-end close activities, including journal entries, variance analysis, and management commentary.
• Provide timely, well-presented sales results, P&L, balance sheet, and forecast accuracy.
• Build financial models for new product launches and profitability analyses.
• Develop and present insights from rLBE submissions to senior leadership for decision making.
• Support LBE decks and management presentations with clear, concise data.
• Identify cost drivers and performance metrics to inform budgeting and strategic planning.
