Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, accounting, or financial analysis experience.
• Experience in planning, forecasting, executive reporting, and performance analytics.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with senior leadership.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across organizations.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly Sales Flash reporting and executive performance reporting for leadership.
• Coordinate consolidation of monthly performance reporting packages for executives.
• Provide analysis on sales, profitability, market performance, and key drivers.
• Own country- and market-level performance reporting and Top Country analyses.
• Develop executive narratives for monthly business reviews.
• Coordinate executive goal setting, performance assessments, and officer grading.
• Work with HR and FP&A leadership to measure executive performance against targets.
• Support annual planning, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses for strategic priorities.
• Partner with Investor Relations, Treasury, Tax, and divisional finance for enterprise analyses.
• Drive automation, AI, and process improvements in reporting quality.
• Maintain governance and internal controls over FP&A processes.
• Manage, coach, and develop Corporate FP&A team members.
• Lead special projects and ad hoc analyses for CFO and leadership.
