• 8+ years of FP&A experience with SaaS/topline exposure (ARR)
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Proven track record building and developing high-performing teams
• Hands-on experience with planning tools (TM1, Hyperion) and BI tools (Power BI)
• Strong business partnership skills across cross-functional finance and business teams
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity with a structured, ownership-driven approach
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills with executive presence

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing ARR Consolidation team, operating as a player-coach.
• Own end-to-end ARR forecasting, planning, and reporting.
• Drive Weekly Exec Team updates, QRF, QBR, QFR, and Annual Planning cycles.
• Build and scale processes, tools, and automation for ARR reporting with Data Science and Finance Ops.
• Serve as a cross-functional partner to align on the C&P narrative across routes-to-market, geography, and product groups.
• Deliver executive-ready insights and materials for senior leadership, Board, and investor requests.
• Uphold strong financial controls and trusted ARR outputs as an independent voice.
