Job summary

Adobe seeks a Senior Financial Manager to lead ARR consolidation, forecasting, and reporting for the C&P Finance team in California. The role emphasizes building scalable processes, driving clarity, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver executive-ready insights.

You will manage a high-performing ARR Consolidation team, own end-to-end ARR planning, and support the Board and investor requests with rigorous financial discipline and storytelling.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A experience with SaaS/topline exposure (ARR, subscription metrics)
• 3+ years of people management
• Hands-on planning tools (TM1, Hyperion) and BI tools (Power BI) experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing ARR Consolidation team, balancing hands-on ownership with team growth
• Own end-to-end ARR forecasting, planning, and reporting
• Drive Weekly Executive Team update, Quarterly Rolling Forecast, QBR, QFR, and Annual Planning cycles
• Build and scale processes, tools, and automation for ARR reporting with Data Science and Finance Ops
• Partner across Route-to-Market, Geography, and Product Groups to align the C&P narrative
• Deliver executive-ready insights and materials for leadership, Board, and investor requests
• Maintain strong financial controls and independent, structured ARR outputs
