Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 4+ years in FP&A, finance operations, or related analytical role.
• Strong budget management experience: reconciliation, pacing, forecasting.
• Proven business-partnering skills and ability to translate numbers into narrative.

Responsibilities

• Own spend management through better tooling and process.
• Modernize budget management for the AMER media teams.
• Move reconciliation, PO tracking, transfers, and pacing to scalable AI-enabled workflows.
• Maintain a consolidated view of media budgets aligned to Adobe's Finance taxonomy.
• Ensure accuracy for budgets in a 9-figure quarterly range.
• Extend automation and reporting to expand coverage and durable model.
