Job summary

Adobe Inc. is hiring a Senior Financial Manager to lead the ARR Consolidation function within the C&P Finance team.

You will own end-to-end ARR forecasting, planning and reporting, lead a high‑performing team, and partner with Data Science and Finance Operations to scale processes and deliver executive-ready insights. You will be responsible for maintaining financial rigor, ensuring strong controls, and delivering a cohesive ARR narrative across Route-to-Market, Geography, and Product Groups.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A experience with SaaS/topline exposure (ARR, subscription metrics)
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Hands-on with planning tools (TM1, Hyperion) and BI tools (Power BI)

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop ARR Consolidation team balancing hands-on work with coaching
• Own end-to-end ARR forecasting, planning and reporting
• Drive Weekly Executive Team updates, QRF, QBR, QFR and Annual Planning cycles
• Build and scale processes and automation for ARR reporting with Data Science and Finance Ops
