Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to lead advanced financial planning, reporting, and strategic partnerships across the organization.

This role collaborates with senior Finance and Operations leaders to drive data-driven insights, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling that support growth and acquisitions. The position involves mentoring analysts, developing PowerBI dashboards, overseeing headcount and capex/opex planning, and presenting to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, financial reporting, and KPI & dashboard reporting.
• Proven ability to present financial information to executive leadership.
• Experience in an acquisitive/M&A environment and scalable processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence decisions with data-driven analysis.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive financial planning and analyses.
• Lead consolidation, reporting, forecasts, and strategic analyses for business units.
• Improve budgeting processes, reporting automation, and dashboards for actionable insights.
• Manage quarterly/annual business reviews with variance analyses and drivers.
• Develop headcount and capex/opex models; support ROI analyses and M&A activities.
• Mentor analysts and finance managers; participate in cross-functional projects.
