Nando’s PERi-PERi USA is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A oversight to join our Restaurant Support team in Washington, DC. You will partner with the CFO/CEO and leaders to influence strategy, drive profitability, and modernize forecasting with AI-enabled tools.

You'll own multi‑million dollar restaurant financial planning, deliver insightful analysis, and help shape the future of finance across the business. The role offers heavy cross‑functional collaboration and executive exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A or related experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex modelling.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills.
• Experience translating financial data into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
• Experience presenting to executives with decision-support materials.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive finance transformation initiatives.
• Experience with ERP, BI and planning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop dynamic financial models to support strategic and operational decisions across pricing, menu, sales, marketing, technology and capital allocation.
• Conduct scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to evaluate opportunities and investments.
• Provide financial insight to influence enterprise-wide initiatives and senior leadership decisions.
• Forecasting, planning assumptions, and long‑range financial planning with independent judgment.
