Job summary

Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute seeks a senior finance leader to guide M&A, CAPEX, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning. You will develop analytics, drive executive-level reporting, and partner with senior leaders to optimize investments and growth.

This role requires deep financial modeling, cross-functional collaboration, and clear, influential communication. Ideal candidates bring extensive experience in mergers, capital projects, and enterprise financial planning

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in M&A, corporate development, PE, FP&A, financial modeling, or analytics, with a demonstrated track record of leading complex transactions, integrations and CAPEX initiatives in a large, matrixed organization.
• Experience collaborating with C-suite executives & across multiple functions to affect solutions.
• Excellent financial modeling & problem-solving skills.
• Executive presence and experience with presentations to various leadership levels.
• Ability to provide strategic recommendations and influence stakeholders to make decisions.

Responsibilities

• M&A and CAPEX Financial Leadership
• Own the analytical framework for measuring and interpreting financial performance of acquisitions & CAPEX projects in progress and post go-live, tracking business case vs. actuals.
• Participate in integration planning to monitor expenses relative to approved business cases & update models to provide timely visibility into changing expectations.
• Develop and refine transparent, repeatable reporting and models that explain performance and support performance evaluation vs. business cases.
