Job summary

Fresh, the global skincare brand under the LVMH Group, seeks a Senior Manager, Operations FP&A in Jersey City, NJ. You will act as a Finance business partner to the Global Operations team, translating operational data into clear financial insights and driving gross margin, inventory, and productivity initiatives.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for operations and collaborate with cross-functional partners across Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• 6-7 years progressive experience in FP&A, Operations Finance, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Build financial models and forecasts for Operations (COGS, gross margin, inventory, OPEX).
• Provide insights linking operational data to P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Partner with Supply Chain, R&D and Marketing on cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance and productivity improvements.
• Support S&OP and budgeting processes with scenario analyses.
