Job summary

Fresh, the global skincare brand within the LVMH Group, seeks a Senior Manager, Operations FP&A to act as a Finance Business Partner across product costing, gross margin, inventory, supply chain and capital expenditure. You will translate operational data into financial insights, improve forward-looking visibility and support productivity targets.

Qualifications

• 6-7 Years of progressive FP&A/Operations Finance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Experience in beauty, luxury, consumer goods or international environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of gross margin, standard costing, inventory accounting, working capital and supply-chain economics.
• Ability to connect operational drivers with P&L, balance-sheet and cash-flow outcomes.
• Advanced Excel and financial-modeling skills; SAP, Anaplan and BI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Improve accuracy and visibility of COGS and gross-margin forecasts.
• Establish clear visibility on inventory levels, ageing and obsolescence risks.
• Balance service levels with working-capital discipline.
• Provide financial analysis for strategic Operations projects and investments.
• Track project spending, commitments and depreciation.
