Job summary

Fresh, a global skincare brand within LVMH, is seeking a Vice President of Operations in Jersey City, NJ. This senior leader will oversee new product planning, purchasing, sustainability, regulatory compliance, quality, and process engineering to ensure innovation and social and environmental responsibility.

Lead cross-functional teams, build a proactive operations organization, drive KPI-based performance, and develop a roadmap to align all functions with the company's strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of progressive technical services or operations experience in beauty / cosmetics industry.
• Demonstrated success leading operations functions, including process engineering, regulatory, quality, new product planning, purchasing.
• Deep knowledge of quality systems and regulatory frameworks for beauty / cosmetics.
• Proven experience managing and developing teams, including direct people leadership and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of new product introductions from concept to commercialization.
• Define and implement the strategy for Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
• Ensure all products, processes, copy, and claims comply with national and international regulatory requirements.
• Define and lead the global purchasing and sourcing strategy in alignment with growth and quality standards.
• Lead operational sustainability initiatives including packaging optimization and waste reduction.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams and drive KPI alignment with priorities.
