Job summary

Fresh, a global skincare brand within the LVMH Group, seeks a Senior Manager, Operations FP&A to serve as a Finance Business Partner supporting Fresh’s global Operations organization. The role provides financial leadership across product costing, gross margin, inventory, supply chain, logistics, procurement, manufacturing, innovation and capital expenditure.

This position translates operational data into clear financial insights, improves forward-looking visibility and supports accountability

Qualifications

• 6-7 years of FP&A/Operations Finance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business.
• Experience in beauty, luxury or consumer goods is preferred.
• Strong understanding of gross margin and working capital.

Responsibilities

• Support Budget, Forecast and Long-Range Plan processes for Operations.
• Prepare monthly Operations financial review with variance analysis.
• Develop reliable projections and scenario analyses.
• Translate operational data into P&L, balance-sheet and cash-flow impacts.
• Drive savings and improve cash flow and productivity.
