Job summary

Westlake seeks a Senior Director, FP&A to lead enterprise planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analytics, partnering with segment finance teams.

You will drive KPI frameworks, executive dashboards, and strategic recommendations for capital allocation while mentoring a high-performing FP&A organization.

This role interacts with the CEO, CFO and other leaders to shape long-term strategy and improve margin optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 10+ years progressive experience in accounting, finance, or FP&A at senior leadership level.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
• Experience leading strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting in a corporate or multi-unit environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and presentation of financial reports for Senior Management and Board meetings.
• Standardize processes, reporting, and KPI metrics across segments for coherent analytics.
• Develop and maintain a KPI framework and executive dashboards linking ops to financials.
• Synthesize financial data into clear insights to guide strategy and capital allocation.
• Support CFO, CEO, and executives in evaluating capital projects and investments.
• Lead cross-functional FP&A initiatives and deploy digital tools and AI where applicable.
• Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A organization with strong business partnership.
