ADP is seeking a Finance Manager – FP&A to drive executive decision support, enterprise planning, and financial insight with exposure to senior leadership. You will lead management reporting, consolidations, and forecasting while partnering on financial transformation and automation initiatives.

The role emphasizes strong financial analysis, executive communication, and translating complex data into actionable insights, with ownership of high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A or related analytical discipline.
• Expertise in financial modeling and reporting to support performance management and strategic initiatives.
• Experience creating executive level presentations to communicate the story behind the numbers.
• Technically proficient and curious, with AI/automation experience to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Detail oriented with ability to analyze complex financial information and convey insights clearly.
• Ownership and accountability delivering high-quality reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and delivery of executive reporting for senior leadership decision making.
• Lead enterprise FP&A consolidations and cross-business forecasting and reporting.
• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models and analytical tools for forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and emerging issues and communicate them to Finance leadership.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate financial results into meaningful business insights.
