Job summary

Benjamin Moore is seeking a Senior Manager of FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic decision support with a strong focus on cost of goods sold, supply chain performance, and enterprise initiatives.

You will develop KPIs, financial models, and drive process improvements, partner with senior leadership on capital allocation, long-range planning, and diligence for M&A, while building a high-performing FP&A team aligned with our values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, data-related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in FP&A or related area, with manufacturing exposure preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to guide cross-functional teams.
• Experience integrating complex processes and designing strategic metrics and scorecards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present complex analyses to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual cost of goods sold planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Provide insights on risks and opportunities aligned with corporate strategy and external environment.
• Develop KPIs and rolling forecast capabilities, maintain financial models.
• Support capital allocation, long-range planning, and diligence for M&A and integration planning.
• Drive cost savings, productivity improvements, and supply chain enhancements.
