Job summary

Benjamin Moore seeks a Senior Manager of FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic decision support, with a strong focus on cost of goods sold, supply chain performance, and enterprise initiatives.

This role partners with senior leadership to support capital allocation, long-range planning, and M&A diligence, with robust financial modeling, KPI development, and process improvements to drive operational and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, computer science, data science, information science, or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of experience; experience supporting a manufacturing company preferred; SAP experience a plus but not required.
• Demonstrated leadership; ability to develop direct reports and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual cost of goods sold planning, forecasting, and analysis.
• Provide insights on risks/opportunities and input on forecasts and program planning.
• Develop KPI's and move to rolling forecast; support budgeting processes.
• Lead cost savings, productivity, and process improvements across supply chain.
• Support M&A activity through due diligence, valuation, and integration planning.
