Job summary

You will supervise the accounting team, build financial models, manage budgeting and forecasting, and partner with operations and engineering to drive performance.

The role requires 8+ years in accounting/FP&A, strong Excel, ERP/BI experience, and a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Accounting and Financial Reporting.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and month-end close processes.
• Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and auditing.
• Solid manufacturing costing experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports and forecasts.
• Lead the month-end close process and oversee journal entries and reconciliations.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and annual pricing analyses.
• Create financial models and perform ad hoc analyses for commercial, operational, and engineering teams.
• Supervise internal staff and manage outsourced AP/AR, tax filings, and close processes.
