Hydro Systems in Orange County, CA is seeking an FP&A Manager and Controller to lead financial strategy, analysis, and reporting for a Fortune 500 manufacturing group. You will supervise the accounting team, drive month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and adherence to US GAAP and SOX.

Ideal candidate has 8+ years in accounting/financial reporting, strong technical skills in ERP/BI, and excellent communication.

Formación

8+ years of experience in Accounting and Financial Reporting.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and month-end close.
Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and audits.
Manufacturing costing experience.
Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word; MS Access is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports, including forecasts.
Lead the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Oversee Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, internal audits, and remediation.
Supervise internal staff including Costing Analysts and Staff Accountants.
Manage outsourced team handling AP, AR, credit, and tax filings.
Drive KPIs such as DPO and DSO, and AR aging improvements.
Oversee ERP, BI tools, and consolidation systems.
