Job summary

OK International, Inc. in Orange County, CA seeks an FP&A Manager and Controller to lead financial strategy, analysis, and reporting for a Fortune 500 parent company.

You will supervise the accounting team, manage month-end close, SOX compliance, budgeting and forecasting, and build financial models to support pricing and operations. Strong analytical, communication, and ERP/BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and month-end close processes.
• Experience with SOX, budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling.
• Manufacturing costing experience.
• Proficiency in ERP and BI systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly/ quarterly financial reports and forecasts.
• Lead month-end close and ensure timely reporting.
• Manage SOX compliance and internal controls.
• Oversee budgeting, financial analyses, and pricing reviews.
• Supervise staff and coordinate external outsourcing for AP/AR.
• Drive process improvements and KPI tracking.
