Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a leader in aircraft engines, is seeking an Associate Director for AMO FP&A in East Hartford, CT. This onsite role leads consolidation, forecasting, and strategic analysis of CE Operations' financials and collaborates with operations and engineering teams.

You will drive annual and long-range planning, reporting, and cost/efficiency improvements while mentoring the finance team. Applicants must be US citizens.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business with 12+ years of finance experience.
• Citizenship required for access to program resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead the consolidation, reporting, and analysis of CE Operations financials.
• Coordinate month-end reporting and forecasts for CE Ops.
• Lead annual and long-range plan forecasts.
• Report monthly actuals and MML results to leadership.
• Analyze cost per hour and labor efficiency metrics.
• Partner with MRO entities during month-end close processes.
• Support CE Operations and Finance execs with ad hoc analyses.
• Represent AMO Finance in passport reviews for external repair agreements.
• Leverage tech to enhance financial analyses and efficiencies.
• Identify and execute process improvements.
• Develop risks and opportunities with CE Operations leadership.
• Collaborate with business leaders to reduce costs and improve returns.
• Mentor staff.
