Job summary

RTX East Hartford campus seeks an Associate Director, AMO FP&A to lead finance planning and analysis for Commercial Engines Aftermarket Operations. You will consolidate financials, drive forecasting, and advise cross-functional teams including accounting, supply chain, sales, and engineering.

The role focuses on long-range planning, cost and productivity analysis, and partnering with MRO entities to deliver insights and improvements. Onsite in East Hartford, CT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required with 12+ years of corporate finance experience.
• Advanced degree with 10+ years of corporate finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead consolidation, reporting and analysis of CE Operations financials across units.
• Coordinate month-end reporting and forecast (OneStream).
• Lead annual and long-range planning; present to AMO and CE leadership.
• Analyze operational metrics like cost per hour and labor productivity.
• Partner with MRO finance and operations during month-end close and MML processes.
• Support CE Operations and executives with ad hoc analyses and presentations.
