Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to partner with the Chief Customer Officer and lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the CCO organization. You will build models, forecast performance, and provide strategic financial insights to drive customer experience and growth.

You will champion AI-enabled workflows, coordinate with Accounting and Data teams, and translate operating performance into clear, executable actions in a fast-paced, hybrid NYC environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across FP&A, Accounting, Finance Operations, or related roles.
• Finance business partner to senior executives and translate complex financial information into clear recommendations.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis in a fast-paced org.
• Experience using AI/automation tools to improve analysis and reporting with human validation.
• Knowledge of income statement, balance sheet, and cash flows relationships.
• Ability to work across Finance, Accounting, Data, and business teams.
• Excellent executive communication and concise insights.
• Comfortable in a high-growth environment with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and recurring forecasting for the CCO organization.
• Own monthly budget-versus-actual analysis with actionable insights.
• Build financial models linking operating drivers to P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Deliver forecasts and ad hoc analyses for evolving business needs.
• Partner with leadership on scenarios, investment analysis, and strategic recommendations.
• Support AI-enabled workflows and measure their impact on efficiency and reporting.
