Job summary

Graphite Financial is seeking an FP&A Senior Manager to lead financial analysis, budgeting, and client-facing FP&A services for startup and growth-stage clients. You will guide a team of analysts, craft visual dashboards, and present results to executives and investors.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of FP&A experience, a strong GAAP background, and expertise with Tableau/PowerBI and cloud accounting tools. Remote-friendly with a focus on multi-client leadership and strategic reporting.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, GAAP knowledge.
Strong Excel skills and data visualization experience.
Experience with BI tools and cloud-based accounting platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead service delivery to Graphite clients as their financial partner.
Manage a team of financial analysts providing client services.
Build dashboards to visualize results and tell a story.
Prepare and present monthly financial reports to multiple clients, including statements and metrics.
Develop assumptions-driven models for forecasting, runway planning, and fundraising.
Collaborate with client teams to identify key drivers and margins.
Prepare unit economics and margin analysis reports.
Lead budgeting processes for multiple clients annually/quarterly.
Coordinate with accounting teams to ensure data quality.
Perform ad-hoc analyses on pricing, margins, and cash scenarios.
