Job summary

Crusoe in Sunnyvale seeks a senior Lead Analyst, FP&A for Manufacturing to own the MFG financial model, planning and reporting. You will drive bottoms-up planning, build and refine the consolidated model, and partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering and Field Services.

You will define KPIs, automate reporting, and support cash flow planning while shaping how the team plans and reports as the business scales. This role combines hands-on modeling with strategic finance leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or consulting with end-to-end planning.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and multi-driver models from scratch.
• Experience supporting hardware, manufacturing or tech with COGS, BOM, inventory, or supplier economics.
• Strong data skills: Excel/Google Sheets and SQL; experience with BI tools.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations for senior leaders.
• Comfort in fast-growth environments with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own the consolidated MFG financial model including close, forecast, LRP, budget and scenario analysis.
• Drive bottoms-up planning by translating inputs from various functions into financial outcomes.
• Define and track KPIs; automate reporting and ensure data consistency.
• Partner with FP&A, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering and Field Services on planning and investments.
• Support cash flow and liquidity analysis for the MFG business.
