Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Director of Accounting to own accounting, cost accounting and financial reporting for its manufacturing operations. You will report to the Corporate Controller and lead a multi-site team of 8+ while partnering with Manufacturing leadership to drive cost, inventory and control infrastructure as production scales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA or CMA designation is required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience; 5+ years in manufacturing or cost accounting; 3+ years leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 8+ across multiple manufacturing facilities; set structure and development plans.
• Be primary finance partner to manufacturing leadership; translate plant metrics into financial insight.
• Oversee cost accounting framework, inventory valuation and variance analysis; partner with Engineering and Sales on margins and cost estimates.
• Own month-end close, US GAAP compliance, SOX readiness, and external audit liaison for manufacturing.
