Job summary

A24 Films seeks a Senior FP&A Associate to provide leadership across planning, modeling, reporting and capital raise processes, partnering with Accounting and business units. Based in New York, you will own the consolidated operating model and investor materials.

You will drive annual budgets, monthly/quarterly reporting, re-forecasts, and develop dashboards using modern tools, while collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A or finance experience with analytical rigor and cross-functional partnering.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Strong Excel skills and experience building financial models (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Experience with planning/accounting systems such as Pigment, NetSuite, Sage Intacct is a plus.
• Comfort with modern data/AI tools like Claude, Hex, Snowflake; self-starter and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budget process, monthly/quarterly reporting, and re-forecasting.
• Build and maintain consolidated operating and investor models; refine structure as business evolves.
• Support investor relations with materials, schedules, and analyses.
• Own budget and quarterly re-forecasts for TV team and flag developments impacting the numbers.
• Own dashboards/reporting architecture and systems using modern tooling for faster, accurate reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to keep reporting reconciled and actionable.
