Qualifications

• 2–4 years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or related fields.
• Experience in high-growth or pre-IPO environments where financial processes were improved.

Responsibilities

• Maintain integrated financial models including P&L and cash flow projections.
• Drive annual budgeting and rolling forecast cycles.
• Lead monthly variance analysis and standardize tracking of business metrics.
