Job summary

A24 is seeking a Senior FP&A Associate to join our Finance team in New York. The role provides critical support across budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and reporting, working with Accounting and business unit stakeholders to deliver analysis for leadership and investors.

Responsibilities include leading the annual budget, re-forecasts, investor materials, and dashboards. Strong Excel modeling and cross-functional collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A or finance experience.
• Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Strong Excel skills and financial modeling experience.
• Experience with planning and accounting systems is a plus.
• Comfortable with data and AI tools and ad hoc analyses.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budget, monthly/quarterly reporting, and re-forecasting.
• Build and maintain consolidated operating and investor models.
• Support investor relations with materials and analyses.
• Own budget and forecasts for key business units and teams.
• Own dashboards, reporting architecture, and systems as a single source of truth.
• Collaborate with Accounting and other units to keep reporting reconciled.
